At Daitool, we stand behind the quality of our tools and equipment with a commitment to your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Daitool

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
