Made by Kanekoma, the only producers of authentic Japanese higonokami pocket knives in Japan, this kogatana is a fixed-blade short knife with a long cutting edge. With the profile of a Japnese sword, and a simple handle wrapped in vibrant colored cord, you can bet nobody you know has a blade quite like this!
Kanekoma makes all of their blades by hand in their blacksmithing workshop in Miki, Hyogo, which has been in operation for over 100 years. Their decades of experience is evident in everything they make.
Each Higonokami Omamori Kogatana comes with a cloth sheath, which has been designed to look like a Japanese omamori lucky charm. The various patterns and styles available are all vibrantly colored and intricately designed.
